The Manning Foundation was established by deed poll on the 8th of May 2004. The foundation was established for the benefit of the needy & disadvantaged.
The foundation has a corporate trustee the Manning Foundation Pty Limited, a Australian registered Proprietary Limited company with the Australian Company Number (ACN 114 634 990). The Directors of the company are responsible for the oversight and management of the foundation.
